Collective Intelligence is not the same as the Field Intelligence

Collective Intelligence is not the same as the Field Intelligence

Collective intelligence emerges from the team, tribe or community that comprises the collective.

Field Intelligence is more complex.

Field Intelligence includes situational, environmental, all-sentience, non-sentience, emergent present and future, polarity, coherence or dissonance, flow, matter, and warm data, in addition to Collective Intelligence.

A Syntropic Enterprise is one that creates the infrastructure to support profound Field Intelligence. There is a design to this that is nuanced. It includes the development of Stewardship capacities. Human and leadership intelligence to sense, attune to and attend to the Field data set, half of which is not measurable in zeros and ones.

The Field is exquisitely relational. Attention to the quality of the relationships, not just human-to-human, but Stewardship to all existence, sentient and non-sentient, emotive, whole and alive, becomes of paramount importance.

Stewardship that evolves to attune to Field Intelligence is ever more critically needed.

Simultaneously, Stewardship with this capacity evolves when we create the design architecture that places Field Intelligence as central to our activities. They co-arise.

Therefore, a Syntropic Enterprise includes all of the following:

*Intentionally designed systems architecture to maximise Field Intelligence. This is the Trust Manifesto. It considers the whole, the values and principles as fundamental, the purpose and intention clearly named.

*The forever development of Stewardship in all participants. Ongoing personal and collective development, coaching and facilitation. In Syntropic World, this includes the Dare to Care Workshop and all leadership and team development processes. (https://syntropic.world/dare-to-care/)

*The relational dynamic itself as a quality to be attended to with love and care, including the interchange between all participants, sentient, non-sentient, emotive, technological, cold and warm data. This is Synergistic Accounting.

We propose that this type of enterprise design and intelligence is rare, yet achievable.

We believe that the urgency to support the rapid growth of Syntropic Enterprises as the emergent exemplar, while our current systems, models, tools and relational infrastructure collapse, is the call of our times.

April 9th 2026 Love Business Love Business If your business, your life, your work is not about love, then never expect it to fill your life with the things you most yearn for. In our ‘go hard’ success-generating world, it is rare that the topic of love is discussed alongside business. Strange, isn’t it, when we think about it? That the spaces we spend the most time in are so far from love? When you were a kid, did you want to spend your days working at something that did not evoke love? Did...

April 8th 2026 Front row seat Front row seat We wonder how men make terrible decisions that do untold damage to millions of people. Yet here we are. A front row seat. Endless television series and documentaries were made about the Second World War. How we arrived there. The choices that were made. The Little Atrocities that were stepped over. (https://syntropic.world/little-atrocities-the-path-from-integrity-to-self-deception-and-bad-business/) But history is only relevant if we learn from...

April 7th 2026 Then our true work in the world begins Then our true work in the world begins No one knows what will happen in the next second. It is in the second that life changes forever. We say yes. Or no. A phone call comes. Someone dies. Someone is born. Something precious breaks. Living on the very edge, the place of unknowing, is a practice. Few people are comfortable in this space. The unknown is so very frightening to many. We plan our days with rigour, ensuring nothing goes bump in...
