The foundations of everything

In Syntropic World we talk about Pattern Integrity. Every idea, every life, every thing in Universe has a Pattern Integrity. A unique code or thread or quality that makes it it.

No two snowfakes are the same. No two humans. No two ideas.

The Pattern Integrity is the inviolate principles that allow the integrity of a life to be evident, beyond the ease of words.

Some of us know our principles, or values. The qualities, behaviours or responses we take in all contexts.

These principles, the Pattern Integrity, are tested when we are at the extremes of comfort, security and existence.

Do we violate the very code that makes us us?

Scanning the world for mentors and leaders we admire, there are few people in the public sphere who live their Pattern Integrity. People who are consistently and persistently true to their code, their principles, their values. Greta Thunberg comes to mind as one.

No lip service. No pretence. No deception – to self or others. When the rubber hits the road, there they are. Even then.

Be that person. Build a business around inviolate codes and principles.

You only need a few. They have been with you from your first breath.

Build a foundation on your Pattern Integrity, on the Pattern Integrity of your business of your work and the idea you are stewarding to life.

This is who I am. This is how I respond. This is who we are. This is what you can count on.

Be that person. In every context.
