We do not value this enough

We do not value this enough

Seen for our value feeds our soul.

Money may feed our bellies, provide shelter and choices.

But nothing replaces being truly seen for the value we are, uniquely.

I wonder, if we have little to no money, what comes helps most. Money. Or being seen fully for our value.

Is being held by others who truly see us the power lift?

I watch so many people stalk the world, their wallets bursting with more money than anyone could ever spend in multiple lifetimes, seeking validation on an endless cycle, their identity as fragile as thin ice. I am not sure there is ever enough money, ever enough validation.

I know in my life that being seen by my partner, his constant acknowledgement of the full spectrum of me, including those bumpy bits that express as shadows, gives me more courage, more solid ground to walk, every day. To extend this to him, spontaneously, in a mutual cycle, is the foundation of a truly great relationship, for which I am grateful every day.

To be surrounded by people who see you fully. And hold you to your best, not in ridicule, but because they know who you are when you are at your best.

We do not value this enough.

It is the power of a true coach and mentor. A good friend. A dream partner.

We need to do it more with each other. We need to build enterprises and teams and communities where, as the result of our enterprise design process, building ecologies of trust is the natural outcome of our teaming. This is what we do when deploying the tools of Syntropic World.

August 10th 2026 Carbon is not the enemy Carbon is not the enemy Bucky Fuller pointed out that pollution was simply stuff out of place. Paul Hawken, author of Blessed Unrest, talks about how we have focused on making carbon the new evil. Our carbon footprint, carbon trading and the general war on carbon. But carbon is essential to human existence. We eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Carbon is not the enemy. Pollution is not the enemy. When we reframe all aspects of life and choose to...

August 7th 2026 Truth is expensive, lies are cheap Truth is expensive, lies are cheap In a world addicted to speed, cheap and dramatic, taking the time to establish truth is slow, expensive, time-consuming, and costly. People would rather not make that investment in seeking truth. Give me the quick hit, the drama hook, the scroll. Our current world is soaked in fiction. Lies are the currency of power, backed by systems tripping over themselves with sycophancy to keep the power in power. Truth...
